A big HI from all of us at Positive Vibes! With November well upon us we're hoping everyone has been having a breeze with the new Summer sun. 

We're excited to announce Positive Vibes had a feature on the front page of the Hills to Hawkesbury, a community newspaper - which talked about the foundations "Positive Paws" program which aims to bring our best furry friends and their human volunteers to local aged care homes which can make a huge impact for the mental health of the residents. 

If you (or anyone you know) have a 4 legged fur baby and were interested in volunteering with our "Positive Paws" visits in future we'd love to hear from you!

• The Hills UPmarket - come and say hi on Sunday the 27th November 
  A great opportunity to add to your Christmas shopping. We will have our hand picked quality stallholders, gourmet food, cider, live music and great coffee. We would love to see you!

  Some details we're happy to share at this time: 
  
  - 24th November: Yoga session with Baulkham Hills Yoga. We have a lovely instructor who is excited to meet everyone and places emphasis on being inclusive and willing to help all people at their personal level. 
  
  - 1st December: Christmas Decorating! Create your own fabulous snowflakes to hang wherever you please. 

• Our Positive Vibes Christmas/Holiday Party! Thursday 8th December, same time and place as our usual Hills Women's Shed. 
  A casual gathering to ring out the end of the year, sun and fun in the garden, and come together with all welcome. 
  - Theme and Dress: Christmas or Holiday themed. We'd love it if attendee's bring a plate or dish but nothing extravagant. 
  Will send out more details and reminder closer to the date so do keep a look out.
