Hi there,
What a year it's been. As we move well into December and see the end of another year passed, do take some time to reflect, relax and most of all reward yourself as you've come this far - well done! Onwards and upwards to a new year which can be an exciting dawn of a new life chapter just around the corner.
From all of us at the Positive Vibes Foundation we wish you health, happiness and success in all that you do and we're so keen to get together again for 2023 soon.
We've got loads more on the books to come and with your continued support and involvement we're confident it'll be the best year yet for us all!

A big thank you to those who were able to join us for our end of year holiday get together, and for those not able to there's always next time! It was a beaut day in the sun to have a laugh, share some tasty treats and come together in the spirit of community.

We were invited by Bunnings at Castle Hill to take part on the Christmas Market Family Night. We enjoyed talking to members of our community about our programs such as, The Young Healthy Minds, The Womens Shed, Our positive Paws, UpMarket etc. The highly of the night was our mascot Coco, as he went around greeting the kids and taking pictures around all stalls, kids love our Coco mascot. Thank you Bunnings Castle Hill for making
us part of the amazing night!

Lastly, Positive Vibes attended an appreciation dinner hosted by the Castle Hill Rotary Club, where we were a successful recipient of $6,000.
The funds received will go towards the Young Healthy Minds Forum in May 2023. We can, once again, reach out to some 200 students for them to learn about positive mental health in an interactive, engaging and non-confrontational way. They will take back what they learn to their families and friends, but will also impact their school communities and the community at large.
